  11. I have recently started a course called "Introduction to System
  12. Programming" as part of my studies in Computer Science. Due to other
  13. engagements, I will not be able to attend the lectures. I had hoped to
  14. be able to make up the material from various books, specifically a
  15. book called : "System Programming" by John J. Donovan. HereÆs my
  16. problem : besides the book being vastly outdated ("...card hopper...",
  17. "...core..." ???) and a bit unfriendly itÆs also out of print. As my
  18. course is based mainly on the book, and the book being the backbone of
  19. a course of the same name given at MIT for the last 25 years (I am
  20. tolled), I was hoping someone out there, that has taken the course,
  21. could give me a pointer to ANY information, text, internet location,
  22. publication dealing with the same material.
